CAP MONEY COURSES – Budget. Save. Spend.
These courses run from time to time and are advertised on the Christians Against Poverty web site.
They are free, short courses that make managing your money simple. They encourage budgeting skills and help get to grips with finances so you can budget, save and prevent debt.
Our courses are usually held in the relaxed informal setting of the lounge at Holmgate Church, but we have run them at the Clay Cross Food Bank.
Some previous delegates have said “for the first time ever we saved some money” and “I saved enough for a weekend away” and “the leaders were really friendly and helpful and the drinks and biscuits were great too”.
CAP stands for Christians Against Poverty which is a nationally recognised organisation and this money course has been recommended by Martin Lewis from Money Saving Expert.
